    As an aside as this is a railway forum, I wonder how many on here are fully familiar with the NRCoT and its protections (or lack of) for the passenger, let alone the PRO obligations before buying a rail ticket.
    Hardly call either of those "visible" to the customer before purchase via any of the retail methods.
