Some excellent photos there! Glad you enjoyed your visit - believe both days were record breakers in regards to visitor numbers at an Easter Event! :)

Lovely to see the GE saloon already in use, and looking right at home.

Paid a visit yesterday to have a ride on the railbus. Quite a decent number of visitors about during the 3.5 hours I was there.......

Made my first visit last Sunday for a day with the railbus, having never managed to reach the inclination to visit before with the all-steam offering.

The heat certainly made the Middy Bar an essential part of the day! Very friendly volunteers indeed which is essential for the "small is beautiful" model that characterises the place. The extension seemed much needed to make the run a little longer and more interesting, a fantastic achievement for all concerned.

All in all a very leafy and pleasant corner of Suffolk, we really enjoyed our visit.
