    Ugh I wish I hadn't gone BTL there. A lot of people who make me want to use language that would get me banned from the internet.

    To red pen something is to underline/mark in your spotter's book with red pen the loco/unit you have been hauled by. Black pen for seen.

    So Matt is saying someone's Dad (and I'm guessing his as I believe Matt Senior is a long-time SVR volunteer) has already ridden behind 4150....lucky chap!

    4150 is looking fantastic from the videos I've seen (thanks for those who commit to waiting for test trains to bring us the footage), a trip to the Midlands will soon be happening for me.
