    It was out of use since early July due to a change of ownership (It previously being owned by one individual). CHR had to wait for the sale to complete and a new loan agreement negotiated with the new owners (English Electric Preservation).

    Thats some good news. I remember a flurry of comments asking where it was going as it was intimated that it was working its last train at the start of the summer. I see the Barclay is on the home straight too.

    All the big bits are now back on Barclay 2261 frames, they're working on the plumbing. :)

    Oh, hmm, those guys must have missed their previous class 73 then, that they sold a few years ago...!
