    Marathon trek to see 3 rail tours using 7 vintage diesels & 1 vintage Electric loco on Saturday 22nd August 2026 across the NW of England
    Starting off with a 6am train journey to Stalybridge for Retro Railtours 'Cestrian Bard' hauled by 37407 Blackpool Tower T'n'T 37423 Perseus

    Then over to Crewe for the Blackpool Express with 86259 Peter Pan, then 37699 'T'n'T 47812, also The Cestrian Bard passed Crewe as well

    Then the short trip over to Chester for SRPS 'The Thistle & Dragon' tour to Llandudno, D400 worked the tour down from Scotland to Chester where D213 Andania was attached to the rear and would later work the tour back North
