4150 in use tomorrow and sunday for the first time since the gala (well, it had a quick jaunt to Hampton and back on Thursday)
75069 also in use tomorrow, with 46045 and the 101 DMU in use both days.

Any news on 13268 and being mainline ready? Only 3 weeks to go until it's meant to be on it's first trip.

4150 continues this week with use on Wednesday and Thursday on Table A. It is then down all days of the Half Term week.
813 and 1450 will doublehead again at the weekend after which 75069 takes up the second steam turn for the rest of the week.
The Bridgnorth based 3 car 101 DMU is being strengthen on Saturday with the 2-car green 108.
Note the timetable for the Sunday to Sunday of Half Term is modified version of this year's B with 2 steam and an earlier finish:

    Saturday 24th remains a Table C.

Regarding the tender, which is 2857's, it was confirmed at the recent 2857 Society AGM that the tender is still 'red carded' from the beginning of January. 7802's new tender will not be complete at Tyseley for a few more months, so the intention is to carry out a quick overhaul on 2857's tender in the New Year involving both staff and volunteers, so it can resume service with 7802. Hopefully @2857Harry will add (or correct!) as required.

Absolutely spot on. Great summary. We are looking forward to helping the EMF continue to run 7802

Message from Vintage Trains, the Mogul won't be ready for 8th November unfortunately.

Quelle Surprise! Part of me wonders if it was just a way of selling tickets for a dreary Sunday in November!

The trip was on sale before 13268 was advertised as the motive power. Vintage Trains' full email to customers is in the Vintage Trains thread, but in summary if you booked after the announcement that the Stanier Mogul would haul the train, you can either have a full refund without penalty or do the trip with a Castle instead and also get 20% off either the inaugural or the second mainline journey hauled by the Mogul in spring 2027. Seems eminently fair to me - I'll probably go for the latter option myself.
