Visiting locomotive announced as Furness Railway No.20, running with the vintage train: https://nnrailway.co.uk/autumn-steam-gala-2026/

Rest of the line up planned to be all of the steam locos currently available at Weybourne with one spare each day, alternating on Sat/Sun. So that's:

    Facing Holt - Furness 20, 4277, 1744, Wissington and 90775

Facing Sheringham - 80080, Newstead and Austerity No.22.

Trains running later and after dark on Saturday. Looking forward to this one.

Furness no.20 has arrived at the railway, it faces towards Holt.

Just a note for any one coming at the weekend or the week after - Weybourne station car park is closed as it's being used for children's activities. Parking at Holt and Sheringham as per usual, though the car park next to Sheringham station is partly taken up by a market on Saturday and Wednesday morning.

Just seen a comment on Facebook that Newstead has now arrived back and also faces into Sheringham.

Great few hours at the event today. Furness 20 is a sweet thing.

Good gala, but shame about the dispatching “Olympics”. 4 / 5 minute connections turning into less than a minute at Sheringham & passengers missing the outgoing train. Kind of expect it at Holt but doing it at Sheringham starts to spoil the day & limits what you can do.

Its so frustrating when they do that at Sheringham. trwig8 as you say, I can understand why it happens at Holt, but it means that the only station to change trains without long delays becomes Weybourne. Its still a great gala though.
