The tickets arrived today, posted yesterday the 22nd. I doubt if they would have been sent out, at such a late stage, if there was a problem with Bittern

 

It never has had the sloppiest regulator out there....

 

We (I) need positive news. Its my first trip out of KX and I'm really looking forward to it.

If the worst comes ( hopefully JH is pulling out all the stops to prevent it) is there anything else that can take to the front at such short notice?

Got a call from my mate late last night and 60019 is fit and well. Barring any unforeseen problems she'll be off to York on Saturday.

Anyone know what the crest on the water carrier is ? can't really make it out unfortunatly.
