    Video now up of the mighty D1015 working a private charter to Minehead for GBRF.A 66/7 was being named .

    First shot taken at Williton during a break in cleaning 6024 King Edward 1.Then on the return run the train is seen at Cogload Farm Bridge near the junction.The weather was awful but then its Western Champion so what the heck.

    This is a video of 47810 and 813 arriving and departing from Crofton Track Depot with 828 in tow bound for Doncaster,they needed to pick 828 up after it had failed.

    Yeah lol. It was supposed to leave at 11:30pm but didn't live till gone 00:25 so it was a long wait,the reason we went was because it was really very rare to get any loco on there (let alone 3) and the fact that rumours are still circulating that 810/813 are going for a meeting with Mr Thompson or similar!


    Only about 1/2 mile from the house so wasn't exactly the most testing journey we've had!!!

    This year we are hosting the annual Railcar Association DMU Convention on the Ecclesbourne Valley Railway. To mark the occasion I dug around on the computer for all the DMU-related videos I could find and strung them all together.     Another video now up from my collection.This one is The Rhins and Machars Crompton which ran on 17 and 18 May 2002 organised by 33111 Charters with Pathfinder.
    33021 and 33108 did the honours with 56106 on the other end .

    Another video from my collection is up now on Youtube.Its in 2 parts and is filmed mostly from on board the train, which did not run exactly to plan. 33109 was taken off at Swindon(although as a bonus(!!!) 66059 was added at Eastleigh) and the Furzebrook branch could not be covered.A free re-run was good compensation so everybody seemed happy!!!
