    Could Fenchurch be turned round quickly when its overhaul is due? I understand a fair amount of work was done on it last time round.

    thats not a new engine thats just a rebuild ....
    well if any of the ffestinog locos are to go by Taliesen for example has the reversing lever off the original so rebuild stupid i know
