    Ive been tryng to contact them by phone and email for 3 weeks but cannot get an answer.
    I want to book a footplate ride for my dads birthday.
    Is there anyone there over xmas?! Has anyone got any more contact detils for them?

    Yes, I think you can book from the Watercress Online website.

    AFAIK the office is closed at the moment for a Christmas Break. I don't know when it will reopen, but it can't be long.

    If you simply want to buy a voucher for a Footplate Ride then Ralph is right that you can do that On Line or by Phone. Even if the Office is closed the Information Office is open every day (except Xmas Day!) on the same phone number.
    If though you want to book for a specific date you will need to phone the Office. I can't explain why you've not been able to contact them by phone for this length of time. Even if the Office was closed someone in the Information Office would have answered, at least until about 16.00 each day.
    I'm sure the Office will be open on Monday 4th January though if you need to talk to them
