I understand it is weather permitting, and that appears to have knackered 34067's move today, could be quite a sight if everything comes together right.

Well more Snow is forecast and many TOC's are already running emergency timetables and seemingly 34067 today was a victim of such circumstances so i'd imagine that special traffic would be the first to get the chop if the situation changes.

 

Does anyone know what or who the charter is being run for?

 

It's been planned for a while as it was on gen groups mid December "ish"
