    Whilst I'm sure a dedicated HD camcorder would provide better quality, it does go to show these new DSLR's that offer video mode can produce good quality video feed.

    Yes I must admit although my Dad and I are prodominently BR livery fans the E4 matched with the olive green carriages does look seriously good.

    Great pictures and videos everyone I've always loved that Southern liviery. I look forward to seeing Birch Grove at the Branch Line weekend and great to see that a Fairburn has returned to a part of their home terroritory.

    Looks a bit full on with the green in photos, but i look forward to seeing it when i get round to the bluebell. Roll on 178.

    As B473 the colour should be bright. I believe it was called sage green and preceded the maunsell light and dark olive used later. Look up some pics of B110 (Burgundy) on the East Somerset, that was even more sickly!
