    When the TV film crew from the German railway programme 'Eisenbahn Romantik' were in North Wales filming for a forthcoming programme, they hired a helicopter to get some aerial footage of the SMR trains. The director, Susanne Mayer-Hagmann, has sent me some still shots that she took from the helicopter and I have now put these on my Fotopic site.

    I still have hopes of filming the line myself, but until we can ride the train it is not practical to walk up and down and do a good days filming.

    Issue being the ban on dogs, apart from guide dogs which of course points out the total hypocrisy of the ban
