Does anyone know of any manufacturers or suppliers of 7 1/4" gauge locomotive nameplates for a loco around 3" scale? Traditional Hunslet narrow gauge type is what I am looking for?

    Thanks

    Chris

A mate of mine does them but he's looking to retire very soon. I'll ask him if there's still time to order.

I've had a pair of plates made by Steve at SteamPlates.co.uk for my Romulus and they have come out very well. By his own admission not cheap but the finished product is very good. The plates are milled rather than etched or cast. His website shows the sort of things that he does.

No connection other than a satisfied customer.
