    Well this was a surprise to me!

    I'm not sure if this a ambition or folly, but it looks like quite a project.
    On the positive side it is fantastic that another wreck now has a definite plan for restoration and also the large standard tanks were terrific engines imho, very sure footed and reliable. If memory serves this will be make 5 different standard classes based on the line

    Thanks Kieran but as you can see I was referring the very rare and less well known "Stnadard" and not the better known "Standard". The Stnadard was recognisable to enthusiasts for having an unusual design that included no smokebox door.
    Or chimney.
    Or motion.

    I'll get my coat.
