so presumably this means the whole train will be turned at Swansea.

 

Just got my ticket 7:00 from Solihull
7:30 from Warwick Parkway

return 22:11 and 22:43 respectively

That means an long day for me with approx an hour allowed to get from Bewdley

Hi Bill. Are you sure about those Wantage Rd times? 90 mins seems rather a long wait, especially if she's got there from Swansea in about 2 hours (c1630 dep. according to another post). Would 1936-2001 be more likely? Cheers!

Very interesting arrangement in terms of locos. 5043 Tyseley to Foxhall Jn, then 6201 to Swansea. But then 5043 runs back LE to Tyseley, and 6201 does the whole return trip, so no loco change on the return.

VT have just said that the train isn't being turned Swansea, Dining and 1st is at the front from Solihull.

...and PA announcement tells stewards to make sure that no one escapes (rather than explaining to passengers why they can't get off during the 20+ minutes that the train is standing in th platform).
