    Here is an early morning video of the 31's on 4Q29 in West Yorkshire for probably the final time. The locos can be heard powering past and then as they attack the 1 in 150 gradient to Fitzwilliam.

    As to the reason i was out at this time....i was still awake at 2:30am,so thought,"well,the 31s come past in 45 mins....." i sat and though about it...then it struck me that its probably the last chance i will get,and as i didn't have to be up early it was worth losing an hour's sleep for! So i set off running at 03:00,got there with about 10 minutes to spare :D Mental? Probably! Good video? I'd say so!
