Pet, Wren, Simplex and Ruston (both at Leighton Buzzard), a Channel Tunnel construction loco, Handyman, Post Office electric train and the two 3 foot gauge locos from Ellington Colliery. LT is on loan.
That off the top of my head anyway, plus the miniatures.
    Cheers
    Anthony

The estate of the Right Hon John Smith I believe, and it's on loan to the National Trust at Penrhyn Castle.

I heard there were two 2' narrow gauge locos from one of the underground MoD bases in Corsham that were now part of the National Collection, is that true? If not, then I might know someone who knows where they've gone...

They are only part of the National Collection in that they were designated for preservation by the Railway Heritage Committee. Don't believe every headline... :)
