    Might have to take a trip to Dartmoor for that; could be quite entertaining hammering up out of Oke.

    Good pics. Is the coach a BR sub or a DMU trailer?

    Good pics & videos keyhamtrain. I am planning a trip there on this Tuesday. Looking forward to seeing one of this class working. I can still remember being amazed, at the age of about ten years old, of the sight of one of the Southampton shedded locos working right alongside my fathers car as we drove about the dock area. It certainly was one of the highlights, for me, to remember from the family holiday on Hayling Island.

    The coach being used today is a TCL from a Class 117 3-car DMU, No.59520.

    Hello All,

    A collection of photos of Class 62 0-6-0T 30075 tank locomotive at Dartmoor Railway have been added to my fotopic site, link here;

    http://preservedrailwaylocomotivephotosbyrichardsmith.fotopic.net/c1888653.html

    This being a locomotive made in 1960 to the same specification as the Class USA 0-6-0T tanks constructed for US Army Transportation Corps by Vulcan Works in 1942-43. After the war fifteen were sold to British Railways, Southern Region, and some were used in the Okehampton, Dartmoor area.

    You are most welcome to view and hopefully enjoy.

    Regards SteamHawk216.

    A Thingy...
    30075 was originally built in Yugoslavia to the S100 design as 'Class 62' No. 62-669 in 1960, and rebuilt to 'USA' specification in 1992.
