Does anyone who is travelling on this tour have the outline timings yet? Would be interested to know.

I did hear 45305 was due at Euston about 13.00, turning etc around Willesden/ Acton area.

Hope this thread does'nt get swamped out with box on the back comments like others at the moment, yawn!

Looking forward to seeing her out there myself.

I may be tempted to travel on this when I see the timings (and therefore know whether I can get to a joining station in the morning and home at night). As usual, the Vintage Trains website is not forthcoming on this matter.

 

Id love to know what the timings are as Im in london and around Euston at 5ish. Hope the other half will understand.....

 

I'd be interested too - passing through our village before / after Nuneaton.

 

UK-RAIL have outward timings as Tyseley 9.33 Rugby 10.43 Northampton 11.10/11.30 Euston 12.59

Not on the last return trip to Euston it wasn't as a lot of photograhers were caught out.

I think you may be thinking of the Kensington trip earlier in the year.

Just wondered if anyone knows Southend Hill at Cheddington. Is there any access to the hill there and any view out to the railway?

The cloud didn't clear for us further south, between Tring and Berkhamsted. At least a LM electric train terminating at Tring had to wait at signals for 45305 to come roaring through.
