    A mate of mine is on board and he reported over 60 late in the Acton area but no explanation as to the reason for the delay.

    Just look at the record on the midland main line north of London over the last five or six years.

    buses are replacing trains on Swindon route today, so most FGW services routed via Newbury. Would suggest Tornado return likely via Salisbury?
