A mate of mine is on board and he reported over 60 late in the Acton area but no explanation as to the reason for the delay.

 

Through Basingstoke 11:53, now 67 late.

ECS was an hour late coming up from Eastleigh last night.

 

I was booked on this but have not made it for various reasons. Very sorry to hear about YET ANOTHER Midland main line run going pear-shaped.

Tornado 1Z60 depart Bath 39 late with 13 mixed livery coaches. No diesel at the rear (thanks guys for the reply). <BJ>

 

Just look at the record on the midland main line north of London over the last five or six years.

 

Any news on planed route for the return? uksteam says it is subject to change...

 

buses are replacing trains on Swindon route today, so most FGW services routed via Newbury. Would suggest Tornado return likely via Salisbury?

National Rail departure board for Bath shows a 16:46 to Bedford running 24 minutes late.

 

Now showing 30 late !! at least they'll be warm ON the train !!
