    Didn't know you needed a PTS to stand behind a fence at a foot crossing.

    I have tried to find out the name of the crossing but it does not appear on the Quail maps,it is however located at MP107 and is 1/2 a mile or so away from Buckhorn Weston Tunnel's Eastern Portal
