Its a pity this one runs round Tun Wells area after sunset, my favourite spot will probably be too dark :(

Will have to head off to Frant I guess.

If anyone is around there, I'll be the one swearing at the camera on the tripod!

Reported 37 late through Maidstone East, but does have a 64 stop in Lenham loop so should make up some time there.

Managed to get to Woking and was nice to meet Steve there. As he said it was late leaving Woking and was about 35 late at Clapham Junction so she may have made time up between Woking and Clapham.

According to the times from my pictures she left Woking about 11:20 and arrived in Clapham around 12:25 and her orginal time due was 11:53 so she might have made time up.

I'll try to post pictures later (managed to get some front end ones for the first time.)

Anything identified to have caused the delay to the train getting to and from Woking. Trains in Clapham having been mostly running late so that might have delayed her a bit more heading out towards Kent/Sussex.

Back on time at Rye. Another 10 minutes and the sun would probably have appeared!

Good video Steve. Long platforms eh ? ! ? ! My eyes might be deceiving me, but I reckon the driver of the electric pulled alongside and stayed there for a while ! Taking his own photos ???

Went flying past us along the marshes before Rye, almost caught us out and just managed to get a side-on and rear 3/4 shot. Then just got to Battle station on time to phot her flying through albeit in pretty gloomy conditions.

Late arriving at Frant, arrived on departure time and so didn't stop....

...to the detriment of my photography collection!

Many thanks to whoever sent the text, "Passed Etchingham 16.05" worked perfectly for me near the top of the bank, just goes to show how well Railtour live can work.

Glad the videos worked out. When I get round to posting my pictures they'll be near to where Steve was videoing.

Had a good day following Tornado today despite the fog! She left Guildford about 20 mins down and it was so foggy I could not even see the station platforms from the uni bridge. She was 25 mins down following a stopper at Kemsing then near enough to time at Charing and Wadhurst.

    Photo from Guildford...
