Do you mean there are two return trips from York to Shildon and back each day?

How will the loco be turned at the Shildon end?

Yes, there wil be two return trips and the plan is to top and tail the trains with heritage traction on the other end in one form or another - details to be confirmed. As you know, there are no turning facilities at Shildon at present.

Sounds good, will be nice to see 4472 back north of York. Would be even better if she could stand next to Mallard and Deltic at Shildon!
