    Has been for a while I thought? Anyway, it's a great ride, highly reccommended to anyone lucky enough to go to Kiwi - those little pacifics have a tremendous bark!

    According to the article the company went bust 2 years ago, so I assume there are no trains running?

    Don't think so, no. It's one to do if they do re-open though, very friendly place too. TBF it's 10 years since I was last there, but I have been several times and really enjoyed it.
