Would have to agree. We all understand that the roster can change for various reasons beyond the railway's control, but it wouldn't hurt to advertise what's planned to be running!

On Sunday the leaflet says the 1425 off Bnorth is Steam & Diesel but in the info you've provided it says only 42968.
Same for the 1610 return off Kidder.

Is it the mogul on its own?

the actual information sheet on the website - http://www.svr.co.uk/pdf/specialevents/1960s Info Sheet 2011.pdf now appears to have been updated with times and the proposed locomotives.

It doesn't unfortunately appear to now show a steam / diesel double heading on the Sunday (which timetable is different to the Friday and Saturday).....

Just to add to this, will 46443 lead D8xxx one way and the 20 the other? Will it be D8059?

The preorder 1 day rover is £17 and the preorder 2 day rover is £26. On the day prices are more, but can't say how much more.

If you're going to one of the concerts, you can buy (together with the concert booking) a return ticket for the evening train from Bridgnorth at 18.40, returning at 23.00 for only six quid. As my wife is a Beatles fan, and the Friday evening train is scheduled for a Western, we're both content!

    *Shameless Plug*

It is definitely a good deal.

For £2.50 extra (Adult fare) you get all the sideshows - classic cars etc., a busy timetable and an excellent collection of steam and diesel locos including two visiting Black 5s, a wide variety of Mainline Diesel power and one of the longest first-generation DMU sets in the country!

I'll be riding the rails Friday, visiting the 40s event at Halfpenny Green airfield nearby on the Saturday, and working Hampton Loade 'box on the Sunday (assuming I pass my exam :S)
