Out of Victoria on time, 34067 leading and 45407 pushing from behind, very nice.

Here's a video from this morning of them at Cholsey, including a race with a HST (they lost)

Subject to speed limit? Pulling a lot more weight?

    Not their fault.

    Definitely :)

Also, I don't know if the HST had a stop at Didcot so it may have had a flying start!

Video at Tilehurst, not sure why they were approaching slowly & opening up just before the station, had a green light at the end of the platform although a freightliner passed through about 5 mins previously.

Approx 35 late. Service train struck someone/something at Dunton Green. I was waiting at Cheslfield for it, both up and down services were being cancelled. 34067 held at Orpington, I headed over there and saw the last few coaches roll out of the platform.

I love it when that happens. I think they must have wanted to give you a treat. Maybe one of the crew's brother lives in Tilehurst or something. Much better than when they take their foot off , drift through the station, then you can hear them hit the loud pedal just as they get out of range!

    Nice video buseng, thank you.

A lot of tired but happy people at Victoria this evening. This looks like a successful trip.

DOH! just found out why! I had flash player disabled in Opera due to other issues, realised when it worked in Firefox.

Thanks Ralph. Could have been better though, I'm still not used to the microscopic zoom lever on my latest toy!

I was in trouble last year when the lanc plug on my Varizoom broke, I had forgotten how much less control you have with the camera zoom control compared with the remote one.
