oakley station bedfordshire

i have been searching for any photographs of Oakley Station or signalbox in bedfordshire for sometime so thought i would try again on here can anyone help please.

Hi Paul
My Grandfather was a signalman at Oakley station in the lat 40's and early 50's following service at several other boxes including Lubenham and Market Harborough. My father also naturally worked temporarily as a porter there and several other relations were also railway employees both on the LMS and Northampton area. As a child I remember my grandparents living in the railway cottages at the side of the station and I therefore spent many happy hours watching the trains go by. Particular favourites were Garratts and the first big diesels 10000 and 10001. The Gas Turbine was also of great interest.
I have had a photograph of Oakley Station in my possession for many years being a family history relic and it shows both the station and signalbox. Hopefully this is just what you need. If the image quality is not as good as you require then please email me and I will scan it at a high resolution.

Further to our private emails, I scanned this photo of Oakley signal box taken on August 10th 1947. The actual details for the previous station photo (on the back of the original all the time! ) was - 1946/47 showing a No 3 passenger train.
