Any loco roster news Bluebell or Watercress?

This is not a criticism of hard working souls at either railway, but as neither Bluebell nor Watercress website has any info, and I have unexpected freedom this week, I'd appreciate info about likely locos. I'm definitely heading for Bulleid action at Swanage on one of my days off!

Thanks for your swift reply, I'm not trying to be funny, but what I'm seeing is blank for this week.

 

You could ring the railway in the morning of your visit and they should be able to tell you what is running. It will be one of 31806, 850 and 45379 for sure, but which I don't know.

 

Bluebells loco roster has not been put up yet, will be here when it is... http://www.bluebell-railway.co.uk/bluebell/loco_roster.html I think from picture updates it has been B473 and 80151 the last few days, if you phone the general office they will probably be able to help.

This is really strange as Bluebell or normally firly good with putting up the updated loco roster however i have found probems such as this more than once this year

 

Does anyone know what event is taking place at the Bluebell Railway on the 30th July, the roster's showing 5 engines in steam, but there's no event listed.....?

 

No special event just a busy day, as I understand it in addition to the two service trains there are also two charters running.

34059 with service train 11am / 1pm / 3.02pm ex SP
80151 with service train 12am / 2pm / 4.05pm ex SP

B473 with a Golden Arrow Wedding special (departs SP ECS 11:43 then dep HK 12:35 to KC, return to SP, depart for another round trip 2.31; arrive HK 3.45, then depart HK back to SP ECS at 4.39)

592 with Wealden Rambler afternoon tea train - dep SP 3.33 for a round trip and dep SP 6.15 for a half trip

Unknown engine (but probably 34059) on evening Golden Arrow depart 7.30pm.

Not bad for a run of the mill Saturday...

Good news! I was wondering whether to visit Friday, it's now a definite. Information much appreciated..!

 

Me too ! Visiting friends on the south coast this weekend so will spend friday afternoon on the Bluebell . 34059 will do nicely !
