little more detail on the charter
Bowes Railway will be recreating those coal board days from back in the 1960's 70's for one weekend, there will be posed shots with crew in period dress, and plenty of run pasts, the day will start at 10am in the yard (Springwell yard), we will have the three steam engines doing posed shots and doing runs up and down different areas of the yard.
Around 11ish we'll be making our way to the Level crossing for shots of the locos at the level crossing.

Then we will walk up the bank to "Blackhams Hauler House" (one of the winding engines that worked the line) to pose shots in around the area,

around dinner time we'll go to the Pelaw Main Curve, brilliant location, nice clear raised up photographic location,

couple shots at Pelaw Main Cruve

locos will be running past, we will make our way back down the yard for more posed and set up shots in the yard, (with the sun being in different places frees up more locations for shoots).
We'll be using the main coal waggon set, mostly wooden hoppers with the odd steel one threw in
there will also be a PW set
Brilliant Railway Line which hasn’t changed since the line closed in 1970's and brilliant for photography

the Sunday will have coal and passenger trains running and more to TBA on attractions
