    Wensleydale Railway - Autumn diesel gala (23-25 September 2011)

    Hello everyone
    Just got some news about the autumn diesel gala at the wensleydale railway.

    The visiting locos are:
    . Deltic class 55 - 55022 "Royal Scots Grey"
    . Class 33 - 33109
    With the home fleet of:
    . Class 47 - 47715 "Poseidon"
    . Deltic Class 55 - 55019 "Royal Highland Fusilier"
    . Class 20 - 20166 "River Fowey"
    . Class 14 - D9516

    I am guessing that Class 03 - D2144 will be doing the "Driver for a fiver" offer.
    I am unsure if Class 20 - 20121 will be running since it needs work doing on her, but ill try and find out about it. A gala not to be missed in my opinion :D

    I emailed the general manager of the railway and he said it was 55022 visiting at the diesel gala. Sorry i meant to put 55019 in the visiting collum.

    UPDATE and mistake: The deltic visiting the railway is 55002 "koyli" (not 55022). All the news is on the deltic preservation society website.
