I have read somewhere that soft fruit traffic ex the Cheddar Valley Line was attached to passenger trains at Bristol Temple Meads for express movement to Market.

The mixed freight/passenger service is running under Class A headlamps so isn't ECS, it probably is either a perishable, such as Cheddar Valley Fruit, or indeed horses. As someone else has noted, some of the wagons are horseboxes. There are an unusually high number - perhaps a race special?
