Whereabouts on their website? I've looked at the What's New section plus the webpage for the gala advert and can't find it.

Yes thanks, just printed off the WTT for the Friday and Sunday just in case these have been released by error and get taken off as usually in the past the Bluebell have been reluctant to do this.

Nice to see the working timetables available in advance! Does anyone know what 'Captain Baxter' will be doing all day at Horsted Keynes on Saturday and Sunday?

Now that she's vac fitted she'll be running the brake van rides.

I'm going tomorrow. First time I've done back to back gala events following my visit to the Mid Hants last weekend. Looking forward to riding behind 323 tomorrow even if she is with 178 the whole day.

Had a good day today, with daughter in tow (age less than two) so we had an easy day of it. But lovely to have a trip in 1520, easily my favourite carriage on the line. It looked nice and busy - main car park and overflow car park both full when we left - without being stupidly packed; we got seats on all trains we tried. Good to see the progress on carriage 949 as well, it has come on a lot since I last saw her. Oh, and the SECR 2 plank ballast dropside was in the goods train, though it hasn't been sign written yet. 11 of the 15 carriages in service were pre-grouping; you were spoilt for choice about what to ride on!

Engines? Who needs engines when there are such lovely carriages to sit in! (though there were seven in steam today, only one of which was less than 100 years old...)

I visited on Saturday the railway seemed busy, the main carpark at S.P. was two thirds full when I arrived at 10.30am ( First passenger train at 10.50am). A selection of my photos can be found at http://paulsimpson.zenfolio.com/p109264455

I also went Sunday, I thought the gala was excellent, it was my first time there. The locos and carriages are beautifully presented, well done to the Bluebell Line!

I had a nice day on Sunday although I did feel it was a bit quiet although the weekend before I was at the Mid Hants it was heaving so after that it may have seemed more quiet to me. I have some pictures but not had a chance to upload them.
