I have purchased a couple of the most recent issues of monthly magazines covering heritage railways and neither seem (admitted from a first glance through) to have anything about this report, which strikes me as rather odd! This could be a major issue for heritage railways - certainly what I have taken as the message that systems and their documentation must be right - yet no coverage? I can't believe their press dates would be after the 16th February, the date this thread started.

There's an article on page 7 of the April edition of Railway Magazine.

Underlines the relevance of the 'heritage railway press' to those who are actually concerned with running heritage railways?

Great Video and thanks for sharing, Very few young people becoming interested in Railways these days. In my youth, 'train-spotting' was a hobby participated in by a large number of kids. Many of these train- spotters grew up to become the 'mature' railway enthusiasts we have today. During the 70s and 80s train spotting becase *very* unfashionable in this country. Whilst there are still *some* young people becoming interested in railways, the numbers involved are now only a tiny fraction of the 'glory years
