    In conjunction with the Friends of 4930 Hagley Hall I ran a photo charter on Tuesday with Visiting A4 4464 Bittern

    My thanks to all concerned on the SVR not least the crew from the day Adrian Hassell, Gary Williams, Paul Davis and John Harries and also Stephen Chandler who helped out . Also to 4464's support crew for letting us have such a good day with the engine

    One of the many highlights was being allowed to walk through the corridor tender onto the footplate (sadly not at approaching 100 mph !)
