    I'm guessing they didn't get chance to get D4 out then? Sadly it doesn't surprise me, seeing as we'd only just got the 40 out (around midnight) when I had to head off due to work this morning.

    Still, it was a good day and excellent night, from which we had no end of positive comments, which was very nice. Always a pleasure to work with the EMRPS.

    Lovely shots, Matt. The Duchess looked absolutely gorgeous on the run-pasts.

    Thanks for your comments chaps. We ran out of the time to pose D4 as well. I left at 2am but I know some where still there when disposing the locos at gone 3. The MRC volunteers were excellent as usual. Done three charters there now
