    Had a great day on the Saturday, the Old Man is a big Midland Fan so the MRB can do no wrong for him. I especially enjoyed the ICI Bogie Hoppers which I remember seeing at the end of my road as a kid, usually with a 25 on the front. The Duchess was resplendant. The Syston Station Building is coming on beautifully at Swanwick and the shop on the platform will come in very handy (and no doubt raise useful revenue).

    Thanks to one and all, hope I didn't test the patience of the guys in the signal box / book shop at Swanwick too much!

    May be back in August for the model fest - depending on this and that
