    and when the event clashes with diesel events at Llangollen besides the 47 event at MNR and deltic event at ELR you would think the railway would be looking to advertise its visitor rather than keep it a secret,in the hope of attracting visitors.

    Let's hope it has some fuel in it for the weekend.....

    It is a little hard to advertise something that is not confirmed! Hopefully we will make an announcement later today.

    I am no diesel expert but i would have thought fuel would be pretty important unless you have come across a special breed of diesel that runs on fresh air?

    D8059 will be visiting courtesy of the Severn Valley Railway and the owning group.

    The class 20 will operate on its own all day on one set to Cauldon Lowe and the 33's will spend the day on the other set also to Cauldon Lowe. The DMMU will be operating on the CVR line only.
