I dread to think. I presume they are at Toddington, which is a short walk from both a local Pub and a Convenience store. Nothing wrong with a two-day long weekend but few Departments work both Saturday and Sunday. The Carriage Cleaning Crew work Mondays. The Broadway Group, Wednesdays and Saturdays. Carriage & Wagon, Wednesdays, Thursday & Saturdays. P-Way, Wednesday & Saturday (I think). Building Services, Saturday and a mid-week day.

However, no reason not to work with a Group on a Saturday and, during the operating season, perform a Front of House task on the Sunday.

Yes I am an active volunteer
I'm currently living in Cardiff and volunteering on the p/way at the Dean Forest Railway, we're a small but fun group and always gagging for volunteers in every department at the mo, and we do have basic accomodation to boot!

I'm glad im not the only one concerned about being worried about not putting enough time in. As I work 6 days out of 7 on a bad week, I try to get up when I can, occasionally 2 days a week, at best one day (Usually a thursday for track bashing).

Just jump in with whoever catches your eye, its all good fun!
