    The RAF did a drop there from a 'fat charlie' I think for TG.

    Some years ago, ie read 'many' I ran a MG special there but I was under the impression vehicles were now banned from the sand.

    It is not well known that between the wars 1&2, a race track of some length was proposed along the northern shore of the Wash along with sports stadiums etc. Lack of money did for that scheme. Now where have I heard that before?
