Through Chilworth a couple of minutes early with 12 on,making very competent ascent of the gradient on a vile sleety day. No box on back -nice to see that. Very attractive new "southern" type headboard with " British Pullman" on it. The MNLPS guys,as always, have surpassed themselves-she looked superb.

Yes, was surprised to see the "British Pullman" headboard. Know this spot is a well worn old favourite for many but it's the first time I've been there - two shots of Clan Line arriving back at Victoria down Grosvenor Bank:

Another view from today, 35028 gets away from Shalford on a rather gloomy afternoon. This view from a legal spot behind fence and crossing gate.

The new board did surprise me somewhat, looks quite nice though. Managed to get out to Chertsey to see this, was running around 5 mins late I think but seemed back on time by Byfleet and New Haw as it passed underneath the M25 as I passed overhead!

Here is my video from today's VSOE, captured at Worplesdon and Chilworth. The departure from Shalford was 5 minutes early, and I had only been set up for a couple of minutes before 35028 came into view... making an incredible noise and looking outstanding!

Well there you go, it's nice to see a video from the same spot, thanks for posting. It was very gloomy but calm so a good day for sound recording and the 'sunny side' view from that spot looked a bit tight to me. The other guy there had also come from the two tunnels at Guildford, that's a spot I must try sometime. Great to see 35028 flying along with no 67 on the back, well worth the trip out.
