    Just to quickly add to this post there will be space for last minute pay on the day passengers boarding anywhere between Saltburn and York/Normanton. Please simply make yourself known to the carriage stewards who will direct you to an appropriate seat (end carriage space available near locomotives also available).

    Yes it is the likely motive power as, at the moment, the Carnforth fleet is rather depleted..

    Am going on the allocation provided. My final operating notice is 48151. Everything is, as always, subject to last minute change. As I understand 44932 heads to the South West for a Plymouth charter next week, so not likely that will work any other trains.

    I believe that 44932 will not be heading south as there is still work being done on her, Mr Riley is providing one of his to cover the Mayflower duties.
