It used to be available from HMSO Bookshops, but I'm not sure if these still exist.

If it is, it refers to itself on several occasions! e.g.

    "General Boiler Examination
An internal boiler examination having the same content as that defined in
the 7 yearly Internal Boiler Examination defined in MT/276."

"5.2.1 The Steam Locomotive owner shall keep comprehensive records
that show any defects that occur during its operation on any railway
infrastructure and record all repairs undertaken. In particular, the items
defined on Part 1 of form ‘F’ in MT/276 , shall be reported to the
Certification Body and made available to the Train Operator."

There are more. This document stipulates certification requirements, not examination requirements.

I think MT276 is now part of the Network Rail standards catalogue, will have a look when I'm back in the New Year as I get access to it through LU.

    Regards,
