    The GCR put on their last gala for this year. The weather was dull and grey but dry.

    I too attended the Saturday along with Mrs, she was happy enough until the timetable inexplicably slipped by 35 minutes, during which time they chose to shunt ECS and the freight instead on dispatching passenger services...................................... she soon made her feelings known!!
