A really enjoyable day it must be said. Testing out my new camera and I've had to lower the quality slightly due to with it being full 1080p HD camera, it was WELL over 10gig when the final movie was completed, so I lowered it to 1280x720 with partial HD. The effects are good I think, though full HD was like being there again, unfortinatley with the video being this length I couldn't puit full HD on for the blatant reason. Hopefully you enjoy, my favourite part of the day was the Black 5 towards the end of the video.

07/12/13. On a dark and cold day, with the mist rain moving in and the temperature pluming, I stand on the outskirts of Trowbridge awaiting what I thought to be a Black 5 and a diesel. What I actually saw was two Black 5's and no diesel so a good result bar the horrible weather. There was a signal fault just behind my location causing all trains heading to Bradford to stop, request permission to pass and then proceed.

Good news for me as I managed to catch some typically loud 5MT exhaust, making the extra 15minutes of waiting worthy. My shot was blocked by the steam partially but I felt this made a change as normally I'm quite lucky and don't gett the smoke throughout the shot. A nice way having two Black 5's to finish off my year of steam tour filming, as this was the last train until next year. Happy Christmas.
