LE Movements, ECS and Test Runs 2014.

Well it's like this.......I knew it was going arse first from Shildon to Stockton and then pointy end first from Stockton to York.
However the light was so good early on that I thought I'd have a play with a polariser (God knows we don't get many chances in this country!) and then get a shot later on pointy end first.
Unfortunately they managed to get turned round an hour early so I missed it!

I did see it passing over Yarm though in brilliant light as I wandered down the high street eating a sandwich!

So the answer to your question is a resounding NO!

 

Now I've finished laughing (sorry but it is funny..................) I'd call it "one of those days"! Lol!

Could've been worse, you might have been bowled by one of those diseasel box thingy's, right at the wrong moment.............................................

Another gem from you, Stuart. To me it has great atmosphere - 'old' and 'new' together', as it were. (and a 10 year old Berlingo as something in between!).

I am coming to the Gala on Friday and was hoping to come down on Sunday as well but it looks like I can't make it Sunday now. Was hoping to see the two Bulleids together on the Big Railway as a bonus.

 

They "should" be running tender first, as the info on RTT suggests this......

RTT now says 'Braunton's' move has been cancelled, leaving just 'Clan Line' to head to Alton today (Thursday 6th March.).

 

Both are at Stewarts Lane - there are several photographs on Facebook and Twitter.

OK - thanks for that - I remain puzzled by the statement against the 34046 Southall to SL move on RTT.
