J70 replica question

    I know that a couple of heritage lines have created diesel-powered J70 tram engine replicas (aka Toby). But I recall some years back seeing on the Nene Valley line, the early stages of converting an 0-4-0T into a J70 replica (more properly, I suppose, a G15 replica). Has this project fallen through?
