Staffing and pathing I guess - Getting another crew & trying to squeeze it into an already intensive diagram could lead to someones 19th nervous breakdown. :)

Do we know the time of the first one out from Holt on Saturday morning please?

When I know this I can horrify the family by informing them what time they will need to be in the car!!!

That's fair enough - I'm sure it's difficult enough to plan without giving yourself more work. I appreciate all the hard work that's gone in so far & look forward to Friday & Saturday!

First train out of Holt is 8:29 (Sheringham 8:26) with trains around every 25 minutes-ish after that

5305 arrived today. While I was disposing 92203, 5305 had a warming fire in her, so all looks good for the Gala.

Just a word of caution. If you are planning to attend the Gala please park at either Holt or Sheringham. Due to building work at Weybourne works, parking is very very limited. (Even more so than usual) unless you'll be arriving at 4am like I will be then there is loads of parking!

Really enjoyed it again this year, crowds good (looked to be the best on Friday) and while the weather wasn't great there was only the odd very minor shower. Great to get a chance to see a B1/B12 double header. Both are fine looking Locos.

Agree with everyone here, it really was a very good gala again this year. Great line up of loco's and an all action timetable.

Well done to all involved, a really slick and well organised operation all round. Good to see the plans for future development as well, very exciting.
